How To Make Healthy Frozen Yogurt

It’s the first day of July which also means Summer! So I have this fun, quick, and delicious recipe for you today.

Ingredients:

  1. 4 cups of frozen fruit(strawberries, pineapple, grapes…etc.)
  2. 3 tbsp of honey
  3. 1/2 cup yogurt of your choice
  4. 1 tbsp of lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Add all of your ingredients into a blender/food processor and blend for 5 minutes.
