My First Time Sprouting Seeds Part 3 of 3

This is it! The last part of this fun little series. What are you waiting for? Let’s see the rest of this fun process!

Just so you know, this will be a longer post than usual since it spans over several days.

Day 2:

The day after I wrote part 2 of this series, I did my first seed rinsing. I also stuck my jar upside down in a large bowl and placed it underneath my grow light. Later that evening, I rinsed the seeds one more time before bed.

This next photo was taken just before my last rinse of day 2. I was shocked to see how much had already grown!

Day 3:

On day 3, I did two rinses, just like on day 2! The first photo is before the first rinse, the second is during the rinse, and the third is after!

Update: I wrote this before I got in a car crash, I only rinsed the seeds in the morning.

The following images are from the last rinse of day 3!

Okay, I didn’t get any pictures from the end of day 3 or day 4 because I was in a rough car accident. This is also why I didn’t write posts the last two days. I am doing quite a bit better now, although I am still sore. I will try to write the two posts I missed next week because they were going to be good ones! I did get some pictures today, which was day 5. The results are shocking compared to the morning of day 3!

This is about the size I wanted my sprouts to get to; I know if you let them grow too big, they can taste bitter. I did try some today, and they tasted like pea pods! They were delicious and I plan on putting them on my sandwiches this week.

The cool part too is that all of that came from just one tablespoon of seeds! If you missed the first two parts of this series I would recommend you check them out. Here are the two links for easy access:

This was an enjoyable post to make and put together; I hope it wasn’t too long. There were lots of pictures! Thanks for reading, and have a great rest of your day!
