I remember back when I got my spaghetti squash plants, they were small and I didn’t think they would grow to be very big plants. I learned my lesson though, and now I know to always research before bringing a new plant home. My yield wasn’t that big this year, just 2 spaghetti squash and 1 hybrid squash.

I had a hunch that the hybrid squash was part spaghetti squash, and once I opened it up I was pleasantly surprised to see that it looked almost identical to true spaghetti squash, except for the fact it was more green.

3. Use a fork to poke several holes on the outside of your squash halves.

5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the squash rind up on the baking sheet.
6. Slide the squash into the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
